Rotary International District 3080 Successfully Concludes the District Officials Training Seminar – Illumination 2024-2025

Chandigarh : Rotary International District 3080 proudly announces the successful conclusion of the Rotaract’s District Officials Training Seminar (DOTS) – Illumination 2024-2025. The event was held at Rotary House, Sector 18, Chandigarh, and was marked by enthusiastic participation from 30 district officials and members from across Tri-city, Haryana, Punjab, UP & Himachal Pradesh.
The seminar aimed to equip district officials with the necessary skills and knowledge to lead and execute community service projects effectively. The day was filled with strategic planning sessions, interactive workshops, and collaborative discussions designed to prepare the leaders for an impactful year ahead.
DRR Shashank Kaushik commented on the success of the event, stating, “Our District Officials Training Seminar – Illumination 2024-2025 was a tremendous success. The enthusiasm and dedication displayed by our district officials were truly inspiring. We are now fully equipped and motivated to illuminate, inspire, ignite, and make a significant impact in our communities. During the District Officials Training Seminar – Illumination 2024-2025, participants collectively decided to raise their voices and take decisive action against social evils. The focus of this year’s efforts will be on fostering peace, protecting the environment, and addressing pressing issues such as cyberbullying.
There was a unanimous agreement on the urgency to plant more trees and raise awareness about environmental conservation, especially in light of the alarming trend of turning mountains and forest reserves into concrete jungles, which has severe negative impacts on the climate. The participants vowed to work together on impactful projects, emphasizing the need for sustainable development and community well-being.
By addressing these critical issues, we aim to create a positive and lasting impact on society. The event highlighted the district’s commitment to excellence in leadership and service. Participants left with a renewed sense of purpose and a clear roadmap for the year ahead.

रोटरी इंटरनेशनल डिस्ट्रिक्ट 3080 गर्व से घोषणा करता है कि रोटारैक्ट के जिला अधिकारी प्रशिक्षण संगोष्ठी (DOTS) – Illumination 2024-2025 का सफल समापन हुआ। यह कार्यक्रम रोटरी हाउस, सेक्टर 18, चंडीगढ़ में आयोजित किया गया था, जिसमें ट्राई-सिटी, हरियाणा, पंजाब, यूपी और हिमाचल प्रदेश के 30 जिला अधिकारियों और सदस्यों ने उत्साहपूर्वक भाग लिया।
इस संगोष्ठी का उद्देश्य जिला अधिकारियों को सामुदायिक सेवा परियोजनाओं का प्रभावी नेतृत्व और निष्पादन करने के लिए आवश्यक कौशल और ज्ञान से लैस करना था। पूरा दिन रणनीतिक योजना सत्रों, इंटरैक्टिव कार्यशालाओं और सहयोगी चर्चाओं से भरा हुआ था, जिससे हमारे नेताओं को प्रभावशाली वर्ष के लिए तैयार किया जा सके।
DRR शशांक कौशिक ने आयोजन की सफलता पर टिप्पणी करते हुए कहा, “हमारा जिला अधिकारी प्रशिक्षण संगोष्ठी – Illumination 2024-2025 एक जबरदस्त सफलता थी। हमारे अधिकारियों द्वारा दिखाया गया उत्साह और समर्पण वास्तव में प्रेरणादायक था। अब हम अपने समुदायों को रोशन करने, प्रेरित करने, प्रज्वलित करने और महत्वपूर्ण प्रभाव डालने के लिए पूरी तरह तैयार और प्रेरित हैं।
इस संगोष्ठी ने उत्कृष्ट सेवा और नेतृत्व के वर्ष के लिए एक मजबूत नींव रखी है।” प्रशिक्षण संगोष्ठी के दौरान, प्रतिभागियों ने सामूहिक रूप से अपनी आवाज उठाने और सामाजिक बुराइयों के खिलाफ निर्णायक कार्रवाई करने का संकल्प लिया। इस वर्ष के प्रयासों का फोकस शांति को बढ़ावा देने, पर्यावरण की रक्षा करने और साइबरबुलिंग जैसे मुद्दों को हल करने पर होगा।
सभी ने अधिक पेड़ लगाने और पर्यावरण संरक्षण के बारे में जागरूकता बढ़ाने की आवश्यकता पर जोर दिया, विशेष रूप से पहाड़ों और वन भंडारों को कंक्रीट के जंगलों में बदलने की खतरनाक प्रवृत्ति के कारण, जो जलवायु पर गंभीर नकारात्मक प्रभाव डालती है। सभी ने मिलकर प्रभावशाली परियोजनाओं पर काम करने का संकल्प लिया, जो सतत विकास और सामुदायिक कल्याण को बढ़ावा देगा।
